About Transformation World
Transformation World is SNP’s flagship on-site event, held in Heidelberg, Germany. It brings together customers, partners, and industry experts to explore major data transformation projects, such as migrating to SAP S/4HANA, enabling real-time data integration, and managing complex M&A initiatives. The event offers deep-dive sessions with experts, interactive micro forums, hands-on labs, and valuable networking opportunities, making it a must-attend experience for those driving digital transformation.
Transformation World 2024 takes place on June 25 & 26 2025 in the SNP dome, Carl-Friedrich-Gauß-Ring 16, 69124 Heidelberg.
The conference will be held in English, with partial simultaneous translation available.
At Transformation World, you’ll connect with customers, partners, and industry experts through hands-on sessions, expert talks, and interactive discussions. The event covers key topics like SAP S/4HANA migration, data integration, and M&A projects while offering great networking opportunities to exchange ideas and best practices.
Transformation World is an in-person event, and we look forward to welcoming attendees in Heidelberg.
Multiple sessions run simultaneously at Transformation World. Attendees receive personal audio headsets, allowing them to tune into their preferred session by selecting the corresponding audio channel. This makes it easy to switch between talks seamlessly.
Headsets will be distributed as you enter the venue. You will be given instructions on how to use them, and our staff will be available for any assistance you may need.
The keynotes will be available on YouTube after the event for you to watch at your convenience.

No, attending Transformation World is free of charge. However, registration is required, and all registrations are subject to review. As this event is exclusive to our customers, partners, and industry professionals, we reserve the right to decline registrations that do not align with the event's purpose.

The keynote by our CEO, Jens Amial, will take place on Day One at 10:00 AM on the main stage, and on Day Two at 9:30 AM. Don’t miss it!
Sessions will last 30 minutes. Keynotes and special sessions will run longer and will be clearly indicated in the agenda.
There will be three stages. At the start of the day, all stages will be connected into one large stage and will be divided after the Plenary/Keynote. Headphones will be available at the counter opposite the info desk.
Yes, there will be a Q&A session after each presentation. You can also connect with the speaker at the speaker counter.
Yes, we are planning 3-5 panel discussions during the event. For the first time, we will also offer exciting guided tours throughout the event.

Parking lot for guests: We offer a spacious parking lot for our guests. The parking area is located adjacent to the SNP dome, accessible from Speyerer Straße. Simply follow the signs to the designated parking lot for guests.

The tram stop 'SNP dome' is located right across Speyerer Straße from our main entrance. After getting off the tram, you will find our main entrance directly in front of you.

The 'Innovation Park' bus stop is conveniently located near the SNP dome. From the bus stop, walk along Carl-Friedrich-Gauß-Ring and you will see the SNP dome on your left.
Our main entrance is prominently marked and easily visible from both the tram and bus stops. We look forward to welcoming you!
We offer a spacious parking lot for our guests, located next to the SNP Dome and accessible from Speyerer Straße. Just follow the signs to the designated "Parking Lot for Guests."
We’re excited to welcome you from around the world! We recommend booking your accommodation in advance, as hotel availability can fill up quickly.

Yes, Transformation World is fully catered. The event follows a festival format, meaning there are no specific lunch or coffee breaks. However, food and drinks will be available throughout the day.
Yes, the venue offers open Wi-Fi, accessible on both mobile phones and laptops. If you need assistance, please visit the information counter.
Yes, we provide two cloakrooms for storing your luggage and personal belongings. Please note that if you are attending both days of the event, you must collect your luggage before the evening event on Day 1.
Yes, the venue is fully accessible. All levels can be reached by elevator, and all kiosks and catering areas are wheelchair accessible. Additionally, there are ample accessible restrooms on Level 0. If you have any questions or need assistance during the event, please contact our on-site service team at any time.
Yes, you can. After registration, you will receive a badge that allows you to leave and re-enter the event venue throughout the day.
Yes, please be aware of the following restrictions to ensure a safe and smooth experience for all attendees:
Forbidden Substances: Illegal substances or any items that may pose a safety risk are strictly prohibited.
Glass Bottles: Not allowed on the premises due to safety concerns.
Alcohol: Outside alcohol is generally not permitted. Please check with the event organizers for any exceptions.
Weapons or Sharp Objects: Any form of weapon or sharp object is prohibited.
Large Bags or Backpacks: These may be restricted or subject to inspection. We recommend using smaller bags if possible.
Food and Beverages: Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except for special dietary needs or baby food.

The after-event will take place immediately after the main program. More details will be shared in the event agenda.
SNP will organize buses to the venue. The event is also easily accessible by car. After the event, buses will return guests either to the venue or to the main hotel pickup points.
